Three ways to work with me.

One system underneath all of it: biology, behaviour and environment, mapped together rather than guessed at separately. Delivered at whatever depth actually matches what's going on, a focused fix for one specific problem, the full ongoing coaching relationship, or the same thinking brought into your organisation.

Services overview

01

The Sleep Audit

A focused, standalone piece of work for when sleep itself is the problem: what's actually disrupting it, and a plan to fix it.

02

1:1 Coaching

Ongoing, whole-of-life coaching delivered remotely, wherever you are. The core of what I do.

03

Corporate Consultation

The same system, brought into your organisation. Built on a real track record, not a generic wellbeing programme.

The Sleep Audit

Bad sleep is rarely one thing. It's usually two or three problems stacked on top of each other, jet lag you've never fully shaken, a bedroom quietly working against you, a brain that won't clock off at 11pm, and most people never find out which one is actually doing the damage. This gets you a straight answer.

£350one-time
90-minute consultation · Written report within 5 working days
—

How you're actually sleeping. A proper look at sleep quality and how it's affecting your day, not just hours logged, so we know whether the issue is falling asleep, staying asleep, or never feeling recovered.

—

Real nights, not one snapshot. One to two weeks tracked in your normal life. A single bad night tells you nothing. A two-week pattern tells you almost everything.

—

Your actual sleep environment. Light, temperature, air and noise, checked properly. No amount of discipline fixes a bedroom that's working against you.

—

One clear answer, not a list of tips. A session where I walk you through exactly what's driving it and what to change first, in that order.

—

Something to keep, not just a conversation to remember. A written report and a one-page action sheet: what's actually driving it, and the specific things to change first.

—

A follow-up, not a report you're left holding. A short check-in to confirm the fix actually worked.

You leave that 90-minute session with a working answer already. The written report confirms it within 5 working days, not weeks of waiting to find out what it said.

Right for you if sleep is genuinely the headline problem. If it's part of a bigger pattern, sitting alongside stress, training and recovery, the 1:1 coaching below covers this and everything around it.

1:1 Coaching

Delivered remotely, wherever you actually are. My clients travel for work more than most, so building this around a screen isn't a compromise, it's the version that actually survives a life that changes time zone every few weeks.

Six-month minimum. The investment isn't published here, on purpose: the right starting point depends on what's actually going on for you, how complex the picture is, what you've already tried. A number on a page can't account for any of that. That's what the call is for.

Not sure six months is the right place to start? The Sleep Audit above is a lower-commitment way in if sleep is the main thing standing in your way.

What to expect early on. The first six weeks are about stabilising the one thing actually holding you back, not everything at once. Most clients notice something concrete change, energy, sleep, mood, before that window closes.

I coach a small, deliberately limited number of clients directly, not a roster, so you're never waiting days to hear back.

Book a Call
30 minutes, no pitch. We work out whether this is actually right for you, and what it would cost if it is.

Long enough to actually see change. Short enough to prove it.

Most of what's genuinely broken in how a high performer sleeps, recovers and runs their week doesn't shift in three weeks, and it doesn't need a lifetime contract to prove itself either. Six months is long enough for a real system to bed in and short enough that you're never guessing whether it's working. You'll have a measured before-and-after by the end of it, not just a feeling.

Four layers, working together.

Coaching is the engine. The three layers underneath it exist so neither of us is ever guessing: what's actually happening in your body day to day, what your baseline biology looks like, and whether the plan is genuinely working by the numbers, not just by feel.

01

Direct, ongoing coaching

Regular 1:1 sessions with me, not a rotating team and not a chatbot standing in for one. Delivered remotely because that's how my clients actually live, adjusted around your travel and your calendar rather than the other way round.

Between sessions, I'm reachable. The plan moves with your week as it actually unfolds, not on a fixed schedule that assumes a quiet month you were never going to get.

02

A day-and-night read on your recovery

You're issued a purpose-built recovery and performance device for the length of our work together, worn continuously rather than checked in on. It gives us a live line on sleep, strain and recovery trends, so decisions get made from what's actually happening in your body, not from how you happened to feel on the day we spoke.

You're never left to interpret it alone. I read the trend and factor it directly into what we work on next.

03

Your biological blueprint

A one-time DNA and epigenetic test, taken a few weeks into working together once we've established your actual baseline, not on day one before I know anything about you. It tells us things a questionnaire never could: how you're genuinely built to respond to training, stress and recovery, and what that means for the plan we build.

I read the findings and translate them into decisions. You get the insight, not a PDF to decode yourself.

04

A measured before and after

A full blood panel, twice: once near the start, once at month six. Cardiovascular, liver, kidney, inflammation, thyroid, key vitamins and blood sugar markers, the ones that actually tell us something. You leave this contract with a real, numbers-based record of what changed, not just a sense that things feel better.

If the numbers don't move, we're not done.

You already get a real, measured before-and-after at month six, not just a feeling that things are better. If you've held up your end, sessions, the device, the plan, and your bloods and recovery trends genuinely haven't moved by then, I keep coaching you at no extra cost until they do. That's not a discount. It's what happens when the work isn't finished yet.

Also part of it.

—

A staggered start. We don't run every test and hand you every device in the first week. Intake is spread across the first two to four weeks, so I've built a real picture of your baseline before we start interpreting anything against it.

—

A relationship, not a transaction. Where it's useful, that includes time together in person, not only a recurring slot in a calendar.

—

Referral where it matters. If something a test flags sits outside my scope, you get a direct referral into a clinician from my network. I coach the change; I don't pretend to be your doctor.

Why this starts with a conversation, not a number.

I could put a single figure on this page and let you decide from that alone. But the fee depends on what's actually going on for you, and a page can't ask you a follow-up question. The call is where we work that out together, properly, not a sales pitch dressed up as one. You'll leave it knowing exactly what it costs and whether I'm actually the right person for this, no pressure either way.

Corporate Consultation

The same system, brought into your organisation: people who show up with more energy, focus and consistency, not just another wellbeing benefit nobody uses.

I ran one of the biggest corporate health, fitness and wellbeing contracts in the UK, based at Schroders through Nuffield Health, across a global workforce. The lesson from it was simple: most workplace wellbeing programmes are commissioned by people with good intentions and no background in health or performance, so what gets built is whatever sounds reasonable rather than whatever actually moves anything. A fruit bowl. A mindfulness app. A lunchtime class six people attend. Meanwhile the things that actually change how a workforce performs, sleep, environment, movement, nutrition, go untouched.

—

Sleep, at scale. The same sleep-assessment thinking used 1:1, applied to how your teams actually work: travel, shift patterns, always-on culture, and what it's costing you in focus and output.

—

Facility and environment. A proper audit of the spaces people actually work and recover in, light, air, noise, break areas, not a tick-box health and safety walk-through.

—

Nutrition and training, taught properly. On-site or virtual workshops people actually want to attend, because the content is relevant to their actual lives, not generic wellness filler.

—

Built around return, not attendance. The measure that matters isn't how many people signed up. It's whether it shows up in retention, performance and how much people actually use what you've built for them.
